my philosophy
After the loss of close loved ones, including my mom to brain cancer, I became very aware of just how priceless a photo of a memory can be. They have this incredible ability to bring you right back to the long hugs, the spontaneous ideas, crazy adventures, big milestones, and the little glimpses of real, everyday life that you don't ever want to forget.
This is why my main focus is on storytelling and a documentary approach to how I shoot, along with a good dose of direction mixed in (because I don't want you to ever feel awkward). I've grown my artistic style to maintain purpose, honesty, sentiment, heart, soul, and all the things that matter most to those I work with. I then weave your story together into a visual piece of art for you to hold onto and appreciate for years to come.
